DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to kick off our first IE Vital Conditions Network Partners Meeting of the year on Thursday\, April 24. This gathering marks an important opportunity to reconnect\, reflect on progress\, and collaborate on the path ahead. \nWhile this will be our first meeting of the year as the full IEVCN\, lots has been happening with the Planning\, Engagement\, and Impact committees! It’s time to meet and tighten up our plans for the Network! \nAt this meeting we will: \n\nRemind ourselves of our shared purpose and goals as the IEVCN\nShare progress and partner stories in some key Vital Conditions\nCollectively explore and inform our 2025 workplan\nContinue to envision the role of the network and its potential for the Inland Empire!\n\nJoin us for lunch and meaningful conversation as we align our collective efforts and exchange ideas to strengthen the foundation for health\, well-being\, and equity across the region. Special thanks to Mindy Silva for sharing the meeting space\, and many thanks to all of you for your leadership and insight as we shape what’s next for the Inland Empire.
