The Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) 2022 Community Health Assessment convened a diverse group of stakeholders that set out to identify the top health and well-being needs of Inland Empire residents. Stewardship is the foundation of this work — stakeholders and community partners will use findings to build community interventions that generate collective investments addressing the identified priorities and priority populations.
