The Impact Workgroup plays a critical role in helping the Inland Empire Vital Conditions Network understand whether our collective efforts are making progress. The primary purpose of this team is to lead and support data collection, analysis, and shared learning that helps us measure progress toward our vision of thriving communities and expanded Vital Conditions across the region.
More specifically, the Impact Workgroup strengthens the Network’s shared understanding of current conditions and guides/supports measurement of progress toward thriving goals and expansion of the Vital Conditions. The group focuses on making data and stories accessible and useful—supporting learning, shared sense-making, and informed decision-making across partners and places.
