NETWORK GOVERNANCE

How We Work Together

We are the Inland Empire Vital Conditions Network (IEVCN)—a growing community of partners working together to ensure all people and places in our region can thrive. Our Network Planning Team and workgroups help us strengthen shared stewardship across this network-of-networks, where leadership is distributed, collaboration is intentional, and everyone has a role to play in moving from shared vision to collective action.

Through our Planning Team and Engagement, and Impact workgroups, we support, activate, and amplify IEVC Network efforts—connecting people, ideas, and resources to move collective action forward. Explore how each team contributes to this shared effort and discover ways to learn, contribute, and lead with us.

Everyone is invited to contribute ideas, insights, and leadership as we chart the path forward together.

IEVCN Impact Workgroup

The Impact Workgroup is building the foundation for long-term, measurable change. We focus on developing shared data tools and stories that help the region see how we’re doing across the Vital Conditions—and where we can make the greatest impact together. By tracking progress, celebrating wins, and identifying areas for deeper investment, we’re learning our way forward as a Network.

We meet bi-monthly for one hour on the first Wednesday of the month. See Network Event Calendar for details.

  • Norm Vital Conditions measurement
  • Support well-being measurement strategies
